This balancing act is going to make little difference. There is still a way to get very high one tick kill damage off these doffs. One that will most likely never be fixed since it's cousin hasn't been fixed yet.

Well true but the point was simply to test them. I tested on the 3 most powerful one hit attacks that a tact can dish out. BTW this also works on 3 targets with a split beam! I haven't had this issue at all and was rolling the q's heavily yesterday. They do tend to take their time before actually attacking. Like other game npc they have to be aggro ed in some fashion. In fact security escort spam can get really bad by their full auto phaser procs chaining stuns.
