• Same issue. Get to char selection, then it hangs on retrieving maps until the 'unknown' error again. Managed to get past the retrieving maps screen once, to the regular load screen and then got booted again.

• Hmm, server's are back up from shard maintenance and I'm still getting the 'Login failed for unknown reason' error. Maybe make sure the issue's resolved before listing services as back online?
