Im on Drozana station with my Romulan Sci Captain. Been getting these "This is a test of the Galatic News Network" notices every few second (typo is in the message from the game). Is this a bug? Hack? something else? Heard in chat other ppl getting it too...

This is why this game is not worth any money for subbing. these "rare" system downs last for too long. but you pay nothing - you get your money's worth....

if i may ask, this seems to be a continuing problem with the game for the past few weeks (at least for me). every time at about this time (about 7PM GMT) lags become untolerable and frequently i cant even log in (keep getting time out notices). any reason\solutions for this or am i the only one experiencing this?
