I was kicked out of game upon finishing an STF, then the client promptly crashed... now launcher will not advance beyond log in. It says "Patching" but no data is going over the line. Pressing "Cancel" does absolutely nothing. Trying to force verify does nothing. All other internet based services are working.

Not sure about that... but cardassian and ferengi seem to have the in demand ships - if you're lucky enough to pull one. Tholian and Temproral ships seem less in demand.

Depends on what you get... if you focus on ferengi boxes, 1 D'kora and 10 ferengi duty officer packs will get your money back - on the other hand, 30 shield packs and 10 mirror universe recon science vessels will not get you much more than another key.

Does this mean that they think they FIXED it, or just REDUCED the severity of the problem? I mean less disconnects is a good sign, not an indication of resolution.
