Still no answer on an ETA for this??? Top men working on this, top men. Why cant one of these top men give us an update?

Yes just give them the time to fix it. Just look at how smooth the game ran before this problem. That was in my sarcastic voice.

I updated my ticket yesterday around 4 pm, and twice since then asking about an ETA on a fix for this. No response what so ever. It wouldnt be such a big deal if it was a new toon. But it is my main toon I have used since day one that is in limbo. Any kind of update would be nice other than our top guys are working on it…

I guess Ill STILL not be getting on my main toon anytime soon. Hopefully Ill get another automated response to my support ticket about how to restart my computer because the problem clearly isn't with PWE
