Great looking layout. Google is unable to open in sheets to edit and downloading and opening in excel has issues, Faction and Ship contains data, the rest are all #NA.

1 day, 20 pages of nearly negative feedback. General consensus is nobody wants an additional piece of software added to the game. What do we know, we are just the customers.

In all fairness online games are service based businesses as they retain the rights and control of everything, you are simply paying (be it flat price, sub, or micro-transactions) for the use of their "service".
