There's this game, it's called World of ********. They did something similar to Craptyc here and have been destroying their flagship game. Why? They started listning to the children, and not the players. Now WoW is losing ground steadily because of it. Millions are cancelling their subscriptions. Perhaps you should rethink…

Report them to the BBB. I had to do that, and they started to QUICKLY credit my account for things. I'm not at the full amount they owe me yet, but it's getting to be more daily. SOMEHOW they have an A rating with the BBB, god knows how. While Cryptic here has an F.

If I wanted to subscribe, I'd expect the game to be a lot better than it is for $15/month. It's current state is not worth the money for a fee. At one point I had toyed with a lifetime, but then I decided it really wasn't worth it based on all the complaints I had heard about it after it had gone f2p.

I think I played this before you fixed it up, was it up Monday? I played one defending earth, and it was really, really well done, almost shed a tear for the funeral at the end.
