I don't know why Arc is ignoring us customers, but I was spending $300 + a month on average. Not only will i not spend another dime until this is fixed, but I won't even bother playing. R.I.P. STO its been a fun few years

BUMP. I've been having this problem too...I won't be able to play until its fixed as I use a joystick to improve my piloting.

Keybinds still haven't been working since the launch of season 11.5, and I haven't been able to play since then. Will this be addressed in future patches?

This happened to me twice this month...and I bought $200 worth of zen through ARC. I'm not sure what their game is, but they don't know how to treat their customers.
