I have the same issue with Warp Spool Up. Every character, every active ship now has Discovery SFX. Don't mind the effects but in the right place please.

Experiencing same sort of thing. It seems totally random as to wheather you get given a weekend voucher on completion or not. Today is the classic example; four toons, four successful runs in the arena of varying length, one voucher this time for the second run, not the first - most irritating. No cooldown issues for me…

Likewise my 23c toon cannot access this system. Tried every angle of approach just don't get the prompt to enter the system.

This bug still alive and kicking (for me at least) . . . Seven times the day before yesterday, once this morning and six times in the space of an hour tonight (all GMT by the way). Have done much investigation to no avail. Hope someone fixes this SOON.

Same here. Seven 'screen freeze' incidents yesterday and three so far today, all resulting in MEGA frustration. Oh, and having to CAD > End Task and restart to get back to the game. Time of incidents is varied for me. Today, so far, only this morning. Yesterday all happened in the evening (GMT that is).
