So i'm wondering why we are not getting any feedback from the devs about this. In an ideal world they would put things on hold and fix bugs that hinder progress. As a paying customer i feel we should all be compensated for this kind of thing if you don't plan on fixing it

this is the error i am getting when i try to log in unable to start game client: client quit unexpectedly I have messaged support and i am wating on their reply, anyone know why this happens?

o Ok it does take you to the 25th century but it allows you to retake the mission and enter it. So the work around does work

I know his community manager but I still think he could encourage and take note of the community's feelings and pass it on to those with power of decision and ability to fix things as he is a public figure for STO.

I'm contacting Better Business Bureau as they sorted out a problem that Cryptic refused to resolve until I contacted BBB. I'm already owed 45000 dilithium after they granted me 10000 so i'm going to see if BBB can deliver again. If enough players do the same may set a positive precedent in Cryptic reimbursing all players…

This has happened to me on a few accounts and I contacted a rep on chat who made a ticket for me and the response was to fill out a bug report here and sit back and wait. Hope they fix it soon or I will want a refund on every ship I cannot access

There is a bunch of T5 ships that still have not gotten a T6 variant. Kamrag, Kar-fi, Rode Island, Oberth and lot more. I would like to see more of these appear as T6

i'm in agreement with most people on this once year when Q winter wonderland starts is ideal because we will have all that dilithium banked up from Crystalline Entity event to spend on it

Teaming up with another player and having them load into the cargo bay first completed Roadblocks for me. Whilst i held back my team mate loading into the cargo bay and i went through to the next stage and finished the mission Phew...

appearance is one thing but if they introduce cannon alien species with unique traits i would certainly be compelled to roll a new character. Then again i do see the merit of what you say
