Fair enough. I guess I've just never been hit with that specific attack previously then; had it not been thrice in a row, with only seconds between it happening again I wouldn't have even thought it was anything out of the ordinary. I shall have to take extra care in there in future, clearly xD.

I've done the Red Alert hundreds of times pre-balance and never experienced that. I've been hit with everything they can throw at me and eventually destroyed, but never one shot and out, not even once. The ship is a cruiser and bolstered to the hilt, so hardly what one would refer to as 'squishy'; 85k hull + >45% resists…

I've also witnessed this. The Borg ignore all threat unless fired upon, and are destroyed in one or two shots. *Update: Equipment drops are at Mk I only, so it would seem that the zone is defaulting to Lieutenant level.

Manchester, UK, same issue. What surely gets peoples' backs up, is that Arc or Cryptic, or whoever the hell provides support on this game cannot be bothered to update their social media accounts, or post a bulletin on their website to inform customers of the server issue.
