This list as MMOs that have been shut down for years (Wildstar) and it even says World Of Darkness has over 500k and it was never released. So I'm VERY skeptical of this site.

Yeah it can be done if the interest is high enough, like with the Vesta. The Odyssey was theirs from the get go as it was the product of a write-in contest.

So I went and bought a Brigid Multi-Mission Surveillance Explorer and slotted that Lukari Protomater console in it. Looking around for other consoles to put in.

I never mentioned red crosses, I wrote "red medical insignia". and as for function, the ship designers tend to be quite clever. Design-wise i was thinking something more rectangular shaped, much like a carrier. Those 60's-esque sphere ships are just too damn ugly.
