I just started having this same problem tonight. I've sat here and watched nearly an entire episode of TNG waiting to get past the title screen. I also get the same bug report screen, but it disappeared before I could report anything.

Yep I have the same problem too. I tried using the loadout system for the first time to fix it as recommended. Wish I would have read otherwise sooner. This is beyond frustrating having to reset all my skills in the tray every time I enter into a new map. It's a pain in the TRIBBLE$ having to replace and move around 30 little icons when it should all stay. Saving load out doesn't work, lock tray doesn't work, other ships don't work. It was nice timing though. just as the explosion happened when I was transporting out, it lost out. Perhaps a nail biting "to be continued..." could be put in there. Anyways, yeah, it was fun while I was able to do it. "here's a new, unstable installment of Star Trek Offline."

Confirmed here too. The Deferi Dalies are broken. Cannot complete "Rescue Captives" and Outpost 3 doesn't go anywhere. Can't search transports and even the "outpost 3 security" doesn't work either.
