  • Same issue here! Six days without a fix. And there's no "help" in the console version or way to contact a GM. 8000 zen!

  • Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects. This was Google Chrome. I tried Firefox and Explorer too with no results. Firefox stated it wasn't going to bother as the site was "redirecting your request in a way that will never complete" I could really do with this getting sorted or some email…

  • Coming up on 24 hours now and no response. Even if there were you can't access the support information page if logged into an account as, magically, once logged in there are so many redirects the system gives up.
