This morning early I was able to get online without a problem. Now I get a timeout connecting to game server.

Redeemed code for Star Trek magazine Discovery. I haven't recieved the Pheonix Boxed, or the xp boost. I already have the T1 connie and the discovery untiforms were given away.

Same here. worked fine before patch. After patch, not. I tried updating, All drivers are good and software is up to date.

Evidently your new landing page is messing everything up. I keep getting a D3D error, I never got before the patch on 5/10/18. I can't get in to play now.

After going through the process of resetting all my skills and trays. My head hurts. There were some good things that were done, but for the most part. It is just a bigger headache.

I don't think it's illegal or immoral, just a way to improve the game from the people who play it. I might get the bugs fixed faster. I'd be interested, but barely have time to play.

Seems to be happening on KDF and KDF aligned. I tried on my Fed toon. no problem. I was able to skip it and complete the Breen Arc. But am stuck on trying to finish out the Borg Arc. Just tested with my Fed aligned Rom. No problem. KDF and KDF aligned only is the problem.

Since most of us are players and don't work in the programming industry a little patience is needed. It is an inconvinience, but not unusual with an update or any new program to have bugs and glitches. Just calm down and take a deep breath. Everything will be ok.

I had 5 fleet ship modules disappear off one character. Every time I tried to submit a bug report, it didn't work, I finally submitted a request to account support and the response I got was to submit a bug report in game.
