As a temporary measure, do a search on your computer for the folder \Star Trek Online_en In this folder start the application Star Trek Online.exe This will put you into a login screen for the game (bypassing the current arc issues). You will still need your regular login/password. Hopefully Arc will be fixed tomorrow.

Hmm, Total Progress does not seem to be advancing in the seasonal event (First Contact Day) after completing the rocket TFO.

I've noticed this as well. We were able to use them for the Borg Resurgence TFO - Event Campaign 1 that just completed, but the option is missing for Campaign 2.

Based on feedback from players, they recently removed some endeavors from the list and tweaked the difficulty and description of others to make them more accessible.
