Nice job overall, I like this upgrade. I would like to see this expand to other classes too. For example I would like to see an updated Prometheus class, with meaningful control over the separated part to really have that tactical advantages in certain situations.

Just a quick reminder here, lack of control in ships like MVAE and saucer separation ships are a more pressing issue.

I like the new system, there are some tough choices for me as a sci captain, however, I ran into a problem with today's build. Photonic Capacitor failed to unlock for me, stating that I need to be level 30 to unlock. Please fix it.

As for me, I like the new HUD very very much. I already picked my colors for each captain and I'm cool with it. I have this ship on my wish list, mostly because I have a vulcan sci captain and it's a good choice from the RPG standpoint. I also like the unique look and the special shuttle comes with it. It might not be as good as a fleet Intrepid, but hey, not everyone have to live that ship.

Happened to me a few days ago. I had 58 particles including some leftovers form the previous session. It was very annoying. However it seems like a random event as I've done the particle collecting mission with leftovers without problems before.
