I wonder if it occurs if your sharing equipment between ships. I don't do much loadout switching, but with the shuttle event I was sharing a lot of equipment. I logged in this afternoon and everything that was on my shuttle was duplicated and in my bag, or equipped in odd places on my primary ship.…
