Update:I got my 500 Zen for July today. Still waiting on a balance sheet. That one simple thing will put this issue to rest for all involved. As I am still missing Zen and was never paid double, but had Zen held back anyway.

As the oldest and dare I say "original" Romulan Fleet in STO. I have been in the IRF since Beta. It is nice to see the Holdings coming along nicely. All the help this Fleet provides it's member is great. Mostly the friendly environment and access to the best endgame goodies. Next round of Romulan Ale is on me!!!

I think it loads based on the color scheme of the sector faction you load into. Fed sectors are blue, Romulan are green, KDF are red...etc. Just like the warp nacelle color is sometime blue and sometimes green for my Romulan ships. I think it is working as intended, but it is highly misleading and inconsistent.:confused:

Remember to use your battle cloak. The ship gets a huge increase to turn while cloaked. Use your massive hull and sci skills to get a clean break and cloak up turn and unload again. You should be able kill anything(PvE) in 1 or 2 passes with dual heavy cannon/turret builds.
