What about TT1, APB1, FAW3 TT1, APB1 With 2x energy weapons officer (Purple = 50% chance 10 sec cooldown on beam special attacks). Thats also one less DOFF slot used.

Pretty sure you can but the fleet Chimera without having the LTS. As long as your fleet has the proper tier shipyard as well as proper provisions. I don't have the LTS and I'm pretty sure I can buy the fleet version. 20k fleet credits + 1 module. Pretty cheap actually.
