I meant on the base damage from the torpedo. I know the radiation damage fully bypasses the shields.

That does not help the fact that since it's not claimable in the ship selector means Rom characters don't get the discount they should on the fleet version.

As much as I know these things can take time. I am getting to the point of agreement. I have been waiting since I want to actually using the fleet version I can afford if only they would fix the issue causing me to HORRIBLY over pay for it.

How does it benefit energy weapon builds if it deal kinetic damage? Doesn't that really only come into play once the shields are down?

Playing a Romulan Engi I have been building for Romulan Plasma with the rep weapon set but using other types of engines since the Romulan really only benefit Sci focused builds.

@kyrrok I do seem to remember the show making some difference between Klingon and Romulan weapons. Lol yeah koda totally get you there just going with the foundation that seems to be in place at least per the wiki. It shows at least the runabouts are escort carrier capable craft while would make a Romulan Exclusive version a great fit.

To reply to Koda, no I am looking for multirole fighters like the runabouts on the fed side have bit tailored to the Romulans since the already have the actual Romulans runabout in the game and the Romulans have the smallest variants of fighters. Personally I just want as Scarling mentioned something like a frigate since the only romulan frigate currently is the drone ship that is Scimitar specific. I know that runabouts while not frigates act more like them and hell they survive. Scorpion fighters are tissue paper.

Yeah I was thinking that if his ability was both ground and space he might be useful on a plasma build but with it being ground only he is just a waste of a slot really.
