So I did all of that. I deleted the HOGG files from that folder, and I wiped the one file in my Localdata file. It did repatch the whole game. However, it did not fix my problem. Aden I think we have different issues. You're stuck at the Launcher, where it's asking you to patch. We're able to launch, and reaching the loading screen with the TOS viewscreen with AoY title. There it loads, and it loads for all eternity. So by some miracle everything worked yesterday! I loaded in and everything worked!…

So I am STILL having this issue. I have tried installing through Steam AND the ARC. Both times it doesn't matter how long it sits at the Star Trek "New Dawn" screen with loading underneath it.
