My apologies, I was not aware (could not find) where this was a F.C.T, and I missed the Necro thread rule. (Still can't find it) This isn't a matter of need, but a matter of want. Did STO need a Romulan Faction? Probably not. Was it wanted? Heck yes. I place a Borg faction in that category.
