I can't get why so many people are complaining about gaming experience.. Are you guys that lazy that you can't even open up Arc before getting to play STO? pathetic.. Arc gives you the ability to see your friends without having to open up the god damn game.. much better to open up a laucher then a massive multiplayer game…
