Embassy ones have "superior subterfuge" space and 3 superior ground Exchange ones have "subterfuge" + "superior romulan operative" space and 1 superior ground So my question is where do one obtain the _superior_ romulan / reman boffs found on the exchange ? (as it seems they (the rom ones) are not the ones…
