Well it started working again for me with no lag.

So I did a reset on my router and rebooted my modem. So now I'm not loosing any packets until I come to a perfect world server were I loose 100%.

I am having the exact same issue. Started after the patch that came out on the 22th. Before that I had rarely ever had any lag or server disconnects.
