I'm not new, lol. My join date says I am. But I played this right when they went free to play. Have that Odyssey ship and everything from the Anniversary two years ago, then the new ship from the anniversary that just happened not too long ago. Sooo. Lol. Yeah, not new. But thanks for quotin' me.

So I was excited to try this game again. I got up did stuff around the house. About 8:30 this morning I go to log on. I was in the queue at rank 4930 out of 5326. So I said "Okay, let's go do something, I'll come back and we'll be good to go." So I go to the store, get some groceries, here I am an hour later and the queue…

I'm having similar problems. Just patched the game. And now it goes to login and retrieve characters and gives me the "Cannot retrieve characters due to an unknown error." Or then I get "Connection timed out," when trying to retrieve character list. -- I checked Neverwinter Online and I can login there just fine and get my…
