I appreciate the input from all of you but I prefer to play the game when I have time and not when the game thinks it's okay to cooperate. Thought I gave it another go, guess not. It's still bugged.

My Klingon character started acting up yesterday with this problem. Tried the yellow omega anyway but it didn't recognize it. Dropped the mission reacquired it but still only two locations. Today after the reset still the same. My federation character gets three locations.

Done two pug runs on the new red alert. I can see this one isn't going to be popular. People don't seem to understand that they need to destroy the torpedos. So both attempts failed. This way it's not going to be worth the hassle.
