I can also say this is missing on my character. It is very disappointing to continually have stuff I paid for either not work properly or not work at all. I hope for a swift, non-glacial response to fixing this.

I am not having that issue. I used that workaround after the last patch. This time I can't even patch. The launcher just crashes the second its about to patch. This is very frustrating. I'm about to see if I can return the zen cards I purchased at a store today.

I think you may be on to something. My main with the problem is at 60, but all my other toons have no problem with their skills as they are still 50's.

Yeah I have the same problem. It is because your skills are "invalid". You're supposed to have a free respec to fix it BUT for a few people the window just closes and no respec takes place. Hope you don't mind holding on to spec points for awhile.

I don't know about the other person but I'm having the same problem as them and no message shows up saying anything at all. The window just disappears and nothing is accomplished. This is beyond unacceptable. Leave it to them to add a patch and end up breaking a very important part of the game for a lot of folks. I have…

I am having the same issue now. I have never had this error before or any other difficulty at log-in or staying on. They really dropped the ball today especially since they extended the maintenance an extra 45 minutes.
