What does "Opening Sale Price" mean? Is the "Cost" the full cost of the package, or does the "Opening Sale Price" have something to do with it, too?

Thank you for the work-around hints. I'm just a bit surprised -- More than twelve hours after my last post, and the same two Lock Box Keys are listed at 900k EC -- which, of course, aren't there. They just haven't been removed from the active sale listing.

Yes, please fix the Exchange! Items that I list do not show up for sale. Items listed for sale are not available and not purchaseable (see the two Lock Box Keys that have been at the top of the list all day for 900k EC each, but receive a "Try again later" if one tries to purchase).
