i just bought the raider! I read everywhere that the raider works great with cannons but I also read that beams are better damage than cannons with FAW. Should I equip my raider with full beam arrays or dhc?

also, what is the difference in quality for bridge officers? I currently have all white human officers and 1 purple (elisa florres). I am also thinking about dropping torpedo spread 3 for another beam ability, is that a good idea? I'm still so confused and have soo many questions haha
