It should work now. Try it.

Shut the launcher down completely then bring it back up. Retype your info into the launcher, don't let the computer prefill and you should be all set.

It's 8:32pm Pacific right now and I still can't delete emails.

Good to hear. I turned mine in with in minutes after the patch. I was already in Memory Alpha trying to fix another issue, very big issue with entering that and ran straight to the exchange then to delete my items sold emails. Didn't happen so sent the ticket. I hope this gets cleared up quickly along with the exchange…

Is there a cap on how many emails you can hold at one time? In other words, will we get hit with "Inbox Is Full" type thing at some point if this isn't cleared up?

Looks like we're going to be in for another patch. Today preferably or this is going to be a huge mess user wide. Has anybody out there been able to delete their emails at all?

Okay, got back in after the patch. I highly doubt they fixed the Memory Alpha glitch but, when I landed on Memory after deleting the 3 texture files this morning, I got right in with out the crash. Might just be coincidence, might be deleting those files, might be they fixed the issue in the patch. Only tried it once…

For most items, everything is maxed out in the exchange at 400 when you do a search in a specific category and not by "all". I might..."might" have noticed something else. After a certain amount and going to the end of the line in searching for that specific item by category, it ends at (40000) but there is always more…

Ditto, Just started for me in the same place as well. Second archway from the holodeck, turn right or left, doesn't matter. It shuts down. I even know the exact floor tile line where it shuts down. When I log back in, it brings me back to the exact area in Memory Alpha but it works fine and I continue into the main room as…
