Placing the voucher reward in an account-bound box sounds like a great idea to me. It would allow that dilithium to get where it needs to be most efficiently. Or perhaps an ability to deposit and retrieve voucher dil from the account bank?

This will negatively impact anyone who has joined an active non-default chat channel, or is in a multi-faction armada that uses its own chat channel. If you are in such a group, I am almost certain the people who run that use this feature to make your experience better.

What features are the community paying to maintain? As someone who both uses this feature and occasionally spends money on STO, *I* consider this feature to be one of the things I'm giving them $$$ for. It's a line item in the Lifetime Subscriber perks, if they haven't scrubbed that already.

The changes are fine, it just takes a couple minutes longer. I remember years ago when the previous CC change occurred and we had to avoid the blast wave (spoiler: we'll be able to tank this blast wave in a year or so too).

I do think Give Her All She's Got and Back in the Fight are weak (like most spec actives) compared to Intel Fleet and Precision Offensive. The colony provisions can't be bought with fleet credits like all the other holding provisions. They're purely a time sink, you must get them from the grind. My personal preference would be to remove the colony provisions entirely and copy the project reqs from the Starbase, IE lots of marks, lots of dil, lots of doffs. It *should* be expensive. Yes, please. I'm fine with respecs having some token (see what I did there) in-game cost, 2-3 days worth of dilithium would be reasonable. And then the free tokens subscribers get would still have a value. But the current zen cost is not at all reasonable.

I didn't see it mentioned, but I was curious if the Warp Theorist duty officer's power (adds a turn rate debuff to Tachyon Beam) counted as a control for Control Amplification. I tested and it does not apply CA. I'm guessing this is intended, but on the off chance that it isn't, there you go.

I was able to "fix" this last Thursday only by uninstalling the game and re-downloading the whole thing. That sucked, but it worked. However, it didn't work today when I had the same problem again.
