I enjoy Rom Plasma more than Fleet AP. http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=terinafae_0 Feel free to scrutinize, i find it to be an effective Rom Plas build which cant be duplicated with APs simply because you cant use the +10% AP set bonus with it. Keeping in mind this is strictly a PVE build.
