Go to the hub, choose a different ship, then choose your original ship. Stations should be back. I had this problem after a new character copy for season 8, and this fixed it for me.

I found this to be true after a character copy. I fixed it by choosing a different ship at the alliance hub, then switching back to my original hub. I had to re-fill the stations, but that was better than having no specials at all!

I presume the other two "DS9" tops that show at the tailor are not included in this offer (nor is the large and expensive DS9 bundle). :) If so, it's all good and working. If the DS9 admiral and DS9 open neck(?) was supposed to be in there as well as the base jacket, it's not working.

In what world? The server maint times are always in pacific (currently something like GMT-7). That's seven hours earlier than UK, 9 earlier than a lot of Europe. If prime-time is 6pm, then it's like 9AM for Cryptic.

Not sure why you think it ISN'T being shut down in the US. I can assure you, the constant maintenance is happening to everyone, and none of us are getting anything for it.
