You can also get it from "Track X Fleet movements" where X is typically Klingon in Eta Eridani Sector, Breen in Deferi Space, True Way in Beta Ursae Sector etc. if you crit on those missions. Regards, 4

Count me in the group of folks that haven't been able to log-in to the game all evening either. :( While it's looking doubtful for tonight, I hope they get it fixed soon. Regards 4 PS> Same problem with CO as well (not that I care much if I can't log into that one) ;)
