I am also having this problem. It seems to be taking only one kind of weapon offline, in my case it's all my cannons, but leaving others to work. Same thing happening to me... Stalled at 98.23 pewrcent and is moving at an inceadibly sloooow rate... changing into windowed mode doesn't seem to have helped.. :(

Also stuck with 3 characters not being able to turn in Beta Ursea Borg Mission.... was told by someone online that this was a bug on Tribble test server.. shouldn't you have fixed this bug by now?
