I can confirm that my issue was fixed in the last patch, I was able to train my BOFFs in needed skills, and my expertise reflected the correct amount I currently have. I am also experiencing this issue. I can't train any of my boffs in any new skills because I apparently have negative Expertise, but yet, it shows I have over 11.4mil Expertise when donating to fleet projects. This is really weird. Confirmed on my Vanguard JH, unable to claim the spec point rewards. I've mastered Strategist, and nothing on the Dominion Transponder

heh... I didn't even notice that I had 3 reps maxed on my Vanguard, lol good catch. Better friggin be a bug with the sponsorship tokens.

Confirmed on my Vanguard Jem as well, no sponsorship options for rep. Also confirmed that the normal Jem's DO have the option to use the sponsorship tokens. So it's definitely a Vanguard only issue.
