• the phaser proc may not be the most universally useful, but I always get a rush when my ships phasers drop my targets shields right before a high yield barrage hits.

• Aurora@eternal500 fleet avenger U.S.S. Azure Resolve, both loadouts are bugged. I'd love to be using my avenger, love the ship,, but not if I have to spend a minute or so on every map change wrestling with the UI to get my powers slotted back in.
