Ever since the last patch I am also getting the crash handler on exit as well. i5 Extreme edition with a NVidia 650 TI on Win 10 64 bit. On my fed character I cannot access surface tension with either option to try and re-run it. I cleared all my active missions as well and when using the side section I can hail but Tuvok wants me to settle the delegates and in the master list the mission is greyed out even though all the precursors are complete.:mad:

Well the games are patching now which is good. Now if whatever is affecting the character server could get fixed we wouldn't be getting the "login failed for and unknown reason" message.

I have both Champions and STO accounts and neither is allowing access at this time. Something is definately preventing authentication.
