• I don't use steam, and play STO as well as Neverwinter, so I installed Arc. Only problem with this launcher I had, is that it WON'T launch the games. It will freeze on the black cryptic screen for both games. Task manager shows the games aren't responding, yet they launch just fine through their regular launchers.…
