Hi, I have an update: the support replied me the next day telling me that it is a known issue and to avoid Nimbus III until the resolution the issue. Obviously the avatar has been moved out of the area. Hope this could help you and for a fast resolution.

Hi, I've some black items in my Account Bank either in my Mail Inbox (most are Exchange return, other previous returned objects). In my Exchange many items are missing too; before the Season 10 upgrade it was full of items to sell. Sometime new black items returns from Exchange to Inbox (as expired), but are not pickable.…

Same problem. Exchange almost empty and Account Bank with locked black items. :(
