• I couldn't log in all week because the Mac client wasn't working. Now I can log in and the offer has finished. What else did I miss out on in the last couple of weeks when I couldn't log in? And how can I get what I've missed out on due to software defects?

• Worse, even when I go back into the episode, I get the exact same problem (if you log out for 20 mins it resets you)
