Use your scanner, Its defaulted as "V" on the English keyboard. It will point you to all POI on the map including the Iconian Tech.

You know, I only played federation until this delta recruit thing came up, I started a KDF and it is SOOO much more gratifying as far as what you do and who you kill. Thats just IMO, take it or leave it. I am dreading the Romulan play-though though, their ships looks tacky as hell, and I'm about as shallow as they come…

You know, I did this the first time I got this torp. Did you know you can just replay the missions and it will give you one at your current rank and level. So much cheaper than tech upgrades.
