The downtime has nothing to do with geography.... even if the servers are in America, if the majority of the playerbase was in Europe, they'd adjust the time to inconvienence less people. I'd like to take this chance to point out for everyone complaining about being in the queue for hours: No one cares what you think, because if you were paying (at all), you wouldn't BE IN THE QUEUE. Everyone who has been serial complaining about 'QQ i'm number 238283 in the queue, so I should get stuff and perks and gifts…

They've released a fix for it. Everyone who's queue number is lower than 6424 needs to quit and restart. Seriously.... .... yah.
