From what I remember, he needs to be at lvl 10 in order to open for friends and mailing, it's nothing new. He can buy and sell, and receive those mails with items, but that is just about all. They did this in order to kill all these annoying vendors and scammers.

Same for me. Though, it's more common on loading into heavy populated maps, rather than missions. EDIT* So far, from what I can see, I fixed it by running in windowed mode - from full-screen. The screen blinks once, where it normally would crash.

You might need to go into bios and disable on-board graphics (See the guide for your specific MOBO/BIOS version), if you haven't done that already. It's not uncommon for that particular issue to be the reason for the problems you suffer.

This is a concern you need to take to the Arc folks. The only way you can do this is to send off a ticket.

There are some missions that seems to have been coded differently. Most of my issues, lies at the revamp of old missions. High amount of grass, trees, and bushes, seems to be the issue. What I understand with the AMD cards ATM, are a hit or miss chance of it working. AMD really screwed.. But angryjonny55's offer sounds good. Beta drivers can be a way forward. Or even further behind, but again... It's a hit or miss chance.

You can try this out: I do not know if you're an Nvidia user, but never the less. If you use AMD, you can try rolling back to 12.1. (But that requires a lot of work.) Need to uninstall and clean everything up, and then reinstall.

Have you tried relog of character and redo the modification? Do not believe it's a new bug, but an annoying one at least, I give you that :) . Have encountered something like it a while back, and it helped restarting the gameclient, but you could try out a character log first.

Total play time only counts the time spend in-game, if that helps? If you believe you have used hours liking the 24 day period, you could send a support ticket, as it apparently then, logs wrong stats. Just saying, time actually spend and time you felt like spending, can be very different. :D
