Based on past experience, my guess is that it will be available to all characters level 10+ for a limited time. After this, it'll probably be stuck on the end of the Solanae Dyson Sphere FE series and only be available for level 50 toons.

We already have the Oslo skin, available for the Heavy Escort and all variants thereof, which is described in-game as a Norway-class variant. Until the Norway is added (which, frankly, may or may not ever happen) you can fly a Heavy Escort if you really want a Norway-like vessel.

Happens to me, too. Sometimes it's only part of the bridge crew, sometimes it's all of them. Addendum: I'm encountering a smiliar bug (I'm assuming the two are related) where my ship weapons will sometimes unequip when transferring to or from a ground map.

As was said earlier, ESC does still work for skipping cutscenes. Spacebar skipping was removed to prevent players who want to see it from skipping by accident while spamming the spacebar in space combat.

Regarding those revolving blobs of goo that slow you down and deal DoT around Federation points... They seem to be harming the Undine as well as the players. I'm assuming this is a bug.
I transferred my Hegh'ta over to Tribble to try out the raider flanking. Took down a Typhoon in 10 seconds flat on Normal difficulty without any consumables or fleet gear. Not sure if it's really all that special compared to others, but it's definitely one of my fastest battleship kills. Really liking this so far.
Same with the new Lunge Module for the custom kits. I've also heard that the Caitian Pounce ability broke (I can't say firsthand, as I don't have Caitians unlocked) so I think something went awry in the code, as I think the two abilities are very similar.
I had a similar problem; I tried speaking to the K-7 Ship Tailor with my Fed-Rommie and got a crash. UPDATE: It appears to be ALL ship tailors affected by what I'm assuming to be this same bug.
