Correction, The event will not be a 2 week long event for everyone. A lot of people like me cannot log into the game at the moment. So... if they fix it tonight. It might still be a 2 week long event. minus half a day for reasons you mention.

Absolutely... I'm in the industry also. They owe their gold customers something. It's just good business to keep the monthly payers happy. Just saying... lots of games out there. The ones that help out the pain, keep the players.
