Hi, I don't know if this is still active or if you even care about the gateway. However, if so, the one thing I'd like to see is the ability to pull information (such as fleet roster) to a roster via some kind of api (xml or json). Thanks!

I respect your opinion, and for the most part agree with it. It might be a waste of time, but I'm sure their bug report database doesn't show the bugs that are affecting thousands of people. Face it, people are lazy, they don't know how to file intelligent bug reports so what happens is their database has 2 million entries…

If they use Cogent then it's a wonder the servers work at all. As far as providers go, Cogent ranks up there as one of the worst.
