Are you perhaps confusing TXAA with FXAA? FXAA is a cheap and ugly form of post-process antialiasing. TXAA combines MSAA and post process effects. Most likely an issue with the new 64-bit client that was made the default with yesterday's update. Workaround would be to revert to the 32-bit client: https://i.imgur.com/5d2c7J5.png (really wish Cryptic would break their silence on this issue)
